FEP Film Tape
(Optically Clear) -
FEP "fluorinated ethylene-propylene"
film
2 mil backed FEP film tapes are especially suited for high
temperature applications and optically clear overlays for coded
labels. |

Skived
PTFE Film Tape
- The non-stick standard.
The T-Series film tapes are white in color with silicone
adhesives and are well suited for packaging equipment and heat
sealing applications, as well as graphic arts, electrical insulation
and general purpose industrial use. 2042 comes with acrylic
adhesive, 2045 with silicone; both are the traditional gray
in color. |

Flame Spray Tape
-
All CHR® thermal spray tapes come with a pressure sensitive
silicone adhesive that performs well in temperatures as high as
500°F (260°C). Each tape has a unique backing material that exhibits
distinct physical and chemical properties to meet specific thermal
spray needs.

High Modulus Skived PTFE Tape
- The less
stretch PTFE.
High-Modulus tapes have less elongation and greater tensile
strength than plain skived PTFE tapes. 2253 (HM430) comes
with acrylic adhesive and 2254/2255 (HM350/650) have silicone
adhesives. These films exhibit outstanding dielectric, chemical,
temperature, wear, anti-stick and non-toxic properties. All High
Modulus tapes are the traditional gray in color. |

Extruded
- Oriented High Modulus Tapes (The Orange Tape)
The ultimate roller wrappers.
Extruded High Modulus and especially Oriented Extruded PTFE
films are the ultimate in durability, low stretch/high strength,
high temperature, non-stick protection for lamination lay ups and
roll-end wraps. 2275 and 2285 are popular in plastic
extrusion to protect the exposed roll ends from molten plastic.
Sometimes fabricated into belts, the release and stability
properties are especially important on those long production runs. |

Strip-n-Stick Silicone Rubber Tapes
-
Strip-N-Stick®, our most popular silicone product with
adhesive backing, can be used in a variety of gasketing and
cushioning applications, for vibration damping, and even as thermal
insulation. Coated with acrylic or silicone adhesives, silicone
rubber will withstand any environment...hot, cold, chemical, harsh
or clean room. Standard thicknesses range from 1/32" to 1/4". Also
available reinforced with fiberglass. Some products are UL listed. |

Splicing Tape
-
Splicing tapes are typically used for flying, overlap or manual
splice/seam applications. Not only do these tapes allow for a
continuous manufacturing process, they also prevent a flagging step
at the beginning of a production roll. Master roll telescoping is
reduced by assuring continuity and integrity with a dependable tape
splice. CHR tapes feature a conformable silicone adhesive designed
for superior bonding to a wide variety of substrates, including
papers, films, labels, decals and foils. |

UHMW Tape
- The tough, long-lasting
tape.
Both 2302 (acrylic) and 2300 (rubber) adhesive coated
UHMW film tapes offer extreme abrasion resistance, low friction and
non-stick performance at lower temperatures (225°F limit) compared
to PTFE. Excellent choice for sliders, rail covers in automated
packaging and bearing surfaces |
