There are three sealers in the HT-9 series. The only
difference is the width of the base. Designed for sealing
small Polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon) coated conveyor
belts such as fuse press machines, small laminators and
tortilla cooking presses. The 1.25 inch wide sealing area
of the Model HT-9A is best suited for making simple 1 inch
wide overlap splices. The narrow heated surface minimizes
distortion of the belt outside of (and immediately adjacent
to) the overlap sealed area.

This sealer includes a digital temperature controller
that displays the actual temperature of the platen and is
shipped with two additional 26 lb. weights with handles.
The weights are designed to be placed on top of the heat
sealer when extra downward force is required. Heater
elements are grouped closer together near the ends of the
sealer to ensure even heat for the full length of the
sealer.

rectangular, 2" x 3" rectangular and
3" round. These tools are designed with a wattage that
will achieve the proper sealing temperature for Teflon without the
